Johnson Family Adventures

Shooting bad guys... BOOM BOOM!!! Me too Daddy, me too!!  AND now, the EXCITING NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are having a baby BOY!!! We had our ultrasound yesterday and Hudson Michael Johnson is growing perfectly and is, w/o a doubt, a BOY. We are thrilled, and Savanna is now excited about a little brother, instead of a little sister :) Little feet :) Perfect profile CHEESE!! This is the 1st shot we got. He was very accomodating in letting us see his face and ... parts :)  So we are praising God for the gift of another son. YAY! Wyatt has no idea what fun is coming his way. :) And they moved our due date from 6/28 to 6/19. So we'll see. I imagine sometime in those dates, Hudson will make his appearance :)

Savanna learned how to WINK!! All of the sudden out of the blue, she winked at me, one eye and then the other!! :) Being four is certainly awesome :) She loves to talk about going to the beach ("that's where Uncle Kevin lives") and maybe getting to go to Sea World for her birthday - trying to convey how FAR away October is can be challenging :) But she is very into birthdays and celebrating - she made me a "cake" yesterday and we had a whole party - even tho my birthday is still 2 months away. I'm telling her Wyatt is next and she is already excited about helping with his cake :) She is a great big sister. Kinda bossy, but I've heard it goes with the territory. Wyatt is talking SO much. He even tried to say "be excused" tonight after dinner. And of course, only Chuck and I can really "speak Wyatt-ese", but it is so precious and I love this stage of actually learning to talk and express. YAY! He is also testing every boundary...today...

So I measured Savanna and Wyatt this morning before church b/c I noticed that they both look like they've grown in the past, hmmm, week or so. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Savanna is now 45 INCHES TALL ! And she is only going to turn FOUR this Wednesday! Wow. Truly showing her tall DNA. :) That is 1 1/2 inches growth since August. Wyatt is now 34 1/2 inche s - wow! and that is 2 inches growth since August. Must be feeding them and watering them enough :) New pictures: Another new and exciting this is that as of this upcoming week, I will actually be a paid employee of the YMCA! So instead of volunteer teaching like I have been since April, I will be paid (what a fun idea) and will be teaching 3 yoga classes a week! Such a great blessing and great timing too HOORAY!
