Summer is ending and a very important event!!

We are so so so ready to be OUTSIDE. The other day, Charles took the kids to the park, b/c it was only 89 degrees at 10am :) And Savvy decided to paint outside while Wyatt was in the swing -see the top right of the picture. We are so so so ready for less than 110 degrees....or less than 100 degrees. 

 Haircut day!! Charles cut Wyatt's hair...then I cut his. I didn't cry and he doesn't have to wear a hat for the next 2 weeks. Good stuff!!!

The other day Charles asked Wyatt what shape a triangle game was...Wy responded, "a Pizza!!" :) So cute :)
Look at meeee! I'm 11 weeks old and I can hold my head up for quite a long time! YAY me!! 

An IMPORTANT Life Event.....
 Today, September 4th, 2011, we dedicated Hudson Michael Johnson to Jesus. It was beautiful. God is AMAZING. He has such sweet and deep plans for this precious little man. It was great to have our Pastor pray over him, his Papa pray over him and our church family pray and agree for God's life and presence in our sweet Huddy. Really confirmed what we've heard God say about this precious one. What a gift that God has given us in all 3 of our children! Very humbling... and a wee bit terrifying. :) Good thing they are HIS first ... and He is big enough to bring each of them to His great, loving heart.


 Here I am! 11 weeks old.. 14.8lbs and a JOY to all who meet me. Already grown out of 0-3 months clothes...cooing, gurgling and small giggles.My family loves me a lot :)

well we discovered that West Valley Hospital and Phoenix Children's Hospital are both great facilities. Saturday night Wyatt fell from one of the dining room chairs - no one saw him, I got to him immediately but i am not exactly sure what happened. Loooong story and 7 hours in the hospital. The Dr's at West Valley did a c/t scan on Wyatt, and came to the conclusion that there was some bleeding on the left side of his brain. So they shipped us to PCH, where the nuerologists came to the conclusion there was absolutely nothing wrong and no bleeding on the brain. PTL! It was a hard thing to go thru - watching them, holding Wyatt as they poked him, scanned him and generally bugged him. He took it like a champ, however, and around 1130pm when I was having a snack b/c I nearly passed out on the table as they were drawing blood from him, Wy was so MAD that he couldn't have a snack too. NEW ADVENTURES - 2018

Well, it has been a ridiculous amount of time since I last created a blog post. To say that life has happened is an understatement LOL So much has happened. Charles worked as a police officer for the City of Goodyear for 7 years, then transferred to the Gila River Indian Reservation and worked there for 14 months (way too far and so hard on the family!!) He started working for the city of Buckeye in September 2015 and it has been a GREAT city to work for. He has been a police officer for 11 years now! I work for Revelation Wellness and it is such a JOY! I started out working as an Enrollment Adviser, welcoming new instructors into the training and now I am the Director of Culture - handling HR, developing our team and working with the instructors in their regions. I LOVE my job. Savanna is now 11 and going into 6th grade. Wyatt is 9 and going into 4th. Hudson is 7 and going into 2nd grade. A family member you may never have known we had..

I am the grandmother to a moose. Yes, you heard me correctly, a MOOSE. She doesn't have a "re al" name, it is simply "moose" or "moosie." She has become a permanent and important part of our daily life. Yesterday Moose looked at me and said "Grandma!" Wow. Not ready for the one quite yet. Guess I'm getting some practice in on a small, blue well-loved moose with no neck to speak of any more. (Her neck has been "loved" do wn into her belly). She 1st joined our family when Savvy was 1 or so, a nd went ignored for quite a while...I think she was discovered shortly after the little brother came on the scene. Moose goes EVERYWHERE with us, and occasionally sleeps at other people's houses, esp.Grandma's (on accident)...Once we thought we'd left her at Safeway and I almost cried...until I remembered, she is just a BLUE MOOSE.
