Thanksgiving, a TOOTH! and Cutting down our Christmas tree :)

Ok, so much to my chagrin, the pictures loaded TOTALLY out of order. BOO! So you get snippets instead of stories. :)
This is Wyatt while we were up North cutting down our tree. I asked him to smile - he said NO! A grumpy face :) Silly boy.
She loves to pose for pictures...gee. I wonder where she gets it :)
This is the finished product...pretty nice, altho a bit sparse. Ornaments and lights make anything look pretty festive tho! And this one isn't the size of the living room like last years :)
Hi. My name is Hudson and I'm 24 weeks old! And I just got my first tooth, and Momma says the 2nd is right behind it. She also says I have to be nice with them. I wonder what that means?
 Wrapping up Christmas....
Snow!!!!
This year we went to Moab, Utah to visit our family there for Thanksgiving. It was so so so much fun! Charles and my dad got to go shooting with my uncle Frank, the avid hunter. The kids got to play with a few of their 2nd cousins and LOVED every minute of it. It was cold and refreshing and a great get-away, not to mention the yummy food and games and fun we had with the family. They are hilarious amounts of fun :)

I always said I'd NEVER have a DVD player for the truck...that was before I was a mother of 3 small children and had to embark upon any kind of road trip longer than 2 hours :)
LOOK! FALL LEAVES! Moab is so gorgeous :)
Leaves are a novelty, so Grandma was trying to show Wyatt what to do with them....he decided to sweep some over her :)
So so cute :) 23 weeks!
Hmmm. Dad, you should play this one! Or maybe I should eat it....
My favorite chewy...

Aunt Libby - we ate at her house. She is so fun! TOUCHED YOU LAST LIBBY! :)
Found the tree...cutting it down...
So as we were driving up onto the Moggollon Rim to get our Christmas tree, it started to snow - gorgeous we were so stoked! Then the park ranger drives by and informs us that if we don't have 4WD we need to HIGHTAIL it out of there - 5-8 inches of snow possible. So we HURRIED...cut down trees we'd have otherwise TOTALLY skipped :) and only got to play in the snow for a few minutes. Savvy still made a snow family, and we threw snowballs at each other. Hudson was out of the truck long enough for a picture and I'm pretty certain Wyatt didn't like it - simply b/c it required having a coat and shoes on :)
Papa and Charles dragging our tree...
As snow-clothed as I could get him :)
Yes, it really is that short. :) But my mom is amazing, she transformed it into a gorgeous tree! And one of the best things besides the memory we make each year when we cut down our own trees is the fact that our trees are always unique :) Each year has its own ... shape and personality. Last year was Gigantor. This year, I think I'll call her....

Spacey. :)
